Tenant's Fees
When renting a property through Cameron King, in addition to paying rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts
Holding Deposit: equivalent of 1 weeks rent – this is payable to secure an application on a property marketed by the agent. Please note that this can be offset against the first months rent at the point of move in. This will be forfeit if you fail to proceed with the proposed tenancy in accordance with the statutory guidelines including if you declare false or inaccurate information on your references.
Deposit: the deposit amount will be determined by the rent value of the property and it will be equivalent to 5 weeks rent.
During the tenancy
