Cippenham is very close to Slough Trading Estate, Burnham train station and the M4.  Slough is home to 4,600 businesses creating jobs locally but it excellent commuter links for those working in the city or surrounding areas. Crossrail is expected in Burnham train station bringing London that much closer and the nearby M4 and A roads gives you direct access to Heathrow, Windsor & Maidenhead, London and the West.  

More than a splash of green

Cippenham village have multiple green spaces, perfect for relaxation or outdoor excercise including Cippenham recreation ground and the multiple splattering of green areas around Cedar Park and Windsor Meadows.  A short drive will take you to the stunning Burnham Beeches and there are a number of nature reserves that you come upon, purely by suprise such as the Haymill Valley nature reserve near Littlebrook Avenue in Burnham. 

Culinary scene

Recently revealed as the most multicultural population in Britain, Slough has an impressive selection of restaurants and bars to discover however Cippenham has its own favourities, namely Tummies and Kai on the Bath Road.  Bustling atmospheres, excellent food and superb service make both these restaurants stand out a country mile - and attract diners from all over.

Cippenham Infants and Montem Academy are local primary schools which hold "outstanding" Ofsted reports.  Westgate Academy and nearby Herschel Grammar also hold this outstanding status and give local residents a choice of excellent education for their children.
