Accompanied viewings and floor plans

Unlike most Lettings Agents, we provide floor plans for our lettings properties so you can get a feel for the property and imagine yourself in the space. Our quality photographs will help you to see whether the property is right for you, and when you are ready, our accompanied viewings means you will get the guided tour (in person or virtually) plus the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the property, the location or the tenancy.

Referencing

We work alongside a specialist external referencing agency to obtain references on our behalf. They’ll contact your employer and current/previous landlord and each person over the age of 18 who will be living in the property. These checks are an essential and standard part of the letting process for our landlords’ peace of mind.

Tenant online maintenance reporting

You will be given an app to report maintenance issues 24/7 which will encourage you to provide ample detail and even photos helping to resolve issues quicker and hopefully save a little money along the way as well.

Safe hands

We adhere to Propertymark ARLA based processes, have client money protection in place and are members of the Property Ombudsman and The Deposit Service all to ensure we are on top of legislation at all times - so you do not have to be.
